What you’ll be doing
• Collaborating with Product team members like Deniza, Bob, Merve , Ivo, Max and many more to make our platform even better.
• Defining the product strategy and roadmap for your domain, and pro-actively setting clear expectations with stakeholders and keeping the broader teams informed and inspired.
• Ability to understand complex logic and user flows, simplify them for the team, and work with UX design to ensure the UI remains intuitive and simple despite the underlying complexity.
• Identifying new opportunities with your team by understanding customer, user, and market requirements, continuously improving data-backed decision making, and connecting with other product managers and stakeholders.
• Leading the discovery, validation, and building of new features while maintaining customer centricity and focusing on metrics that support overall business objectives.
• Striving to create an environment of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and across the business.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years as a software product owner or product manager, ideally with B2B, SaaS startup or scale-up experience.
• Knowledge of UX and user research fundamentals and a passion for improving user and customer experience.
• An interest in, and ideally knowledge of, the latest trends regarding how AI is assisting professionals with their everyday work.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A data-driven and empathetic mindset, combining metric analysis with a deep understanding of customers' needs.
• The ability to make tough prioritisation decisions while still working well with the stakeholders they may disappoint.
• An adaptable and pragmatic mindset that allows you to embrace change and prefer progress over perfectionism.
